Housing:
On-campus housing with a variety of meal plan options available. Reservations are handled through McMaster University conference Services.  For current details and fees, visit conference housing.  Off-campus options include local hotels, motels and bed-and-breakfasts.

Meals:
No meals are included in the tuition fees, however the institute hosts an opening picnic for all participants at no charge.  There is a variety of food options on campus and nearby, including a large grocery store within walking distance.

Recreation:
The Greater Hamilton area offers many recreational and cultural opportunities, including  a major orchestra festival. See www.myhamilton.ca/myhamilton/.  Niagara Falls is a one-hour drive from Hamilton, as is Toronto.  The Shaw and Stratford Theatre Festivals are also close by.

Other Info:
Hamilton is served by John Munro International Airport, www.flyhi.ca,  and Pearson International Airport in Toronto. Transportation from both airports can be easily arranged.  Many participants choose to fly to Buffalo, NY and travel to Hamilton from there.
